The Old Town Family Fun (OTFF) Laser Tag Single Person Tournament (LTSPT) will be a cash-prize competition with cash prizes awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
- The LTSPT will be run and hosted SOLELY by Old Town Family Fun and its partners.
- The LTSPT equipment used will be the Intager (7) brand system supplied by OTFF. Will be cleaned and inspected by the OTFF Team and LTSPT Officials before each match to ensure functional operation.
- Each LTSPT will take place over the course of an estimated (90) Minute Time span (8)
- Each LTSPT will proceed in the following order (8): Registration, Qualifier Match, Bracket Seeding, Lowest Qualifier Score Bracket Matches (3), Mid-Score Qualifier Bracket Matches (3), Highest Score Qualifier Bracket Matches (3), Lowest-Mid Score Bracket Winning Tier Match Semi-Finals (8), Mid-Highest Score Winning Tier Match Semi-Finals (8), Finalist Tier Match (8), Tournament Finalist Announcement, Prize Distribution.
- The LTSPT will have a max contestant signup of (10) contestants per LTSPT with the signing of the OTFF waiver (1) and LTSPT Terms & Conditions Agreement (1) required.
- Each contestant will use a Intager Laser Tag rifle ONLY, distributed by the LTSPT Officials, to promote a fair and equal playing field for each contestant.
- Registration will begin up to One Month (2) out from the tournament event with a $12 (4) entry fee (2) in an online-presale and $14 in-person day-of sales format to actively and accurately gauge potential turnout of the LTSPT event. Spectating guests enter FREE.
- LTSPT qualifier will consist of (1) Free-For-All (FFA) match with the top (8) scoring contestants to be seeded within the LTSPT bracket. (3)
- Seeding will consist of closest relative qualifier scores placed respectively against one another in a tournament style bracket. (3)
- LTSPT Cash Prize Pool (4) will be awarded by the OTFF Team and Officials in the following percentage distribution to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place contestants perspectively: 60/30/10
- Determination of winning contestant is based off of the following: HIGHEST SCORE PER MATCH (5)
- Each LTSPT match will have (1) Trained OTFF team member observing and refereeing to ensure genuine, authentic, and good sportsmanlike conduct during their match and that all rules (6) are observed and followed accordingly.
- Any contestants in violation of the LTSPT Rules (6) will be disqualified with the runner up of the previous bracket match given the opportunity to take their place. If no runner up opponent is chosen, the opponent of the disqualified will automatically move up to the next bracket.
- Any contestants disqualified or in violation of the LTSPT Rules (6) will be unable to sign-up for any future LTSPT Competitions or OTFF Tournament Events.
- In the event of more than (10) contestants in registration, a second LTSPT Tournament registration (2) will be held with the second LTSPT taking place shortly thereafter the first LTSPT Tournament ONLY IF (4) OR MORE registrations are accounted for before the end of the first LTSPT. If less than (4) registrations are accounted for by the second LTSPT registration deadline, refunds will be given at the time of the second LTSPT cancellation decision by the OTFF Official.
- In the event of less than (9) but more than (6) registering contestants for a LTSPT, a seeding bracket qualifier match will still take place to ensure a proper and fair tournament seeding. (3)
- In the event that a second LTSPT were to take place on the same day, 1st & 2nd place finalist will not be permitted to register again unless given permission by the OTFF and LTSPT Officials. (9)
