• OTFF is a substance-free, family friendly environment.
• Closed toed shoes are required to use the climbing wall and strongly recommended for laser tag.
• Running is not permitted.
• Please stick to the course path when playing mini golf.
• For your safety, mini golf buildings and waterfall rocks are employee only access areas.
• In general, guests must behave courteously; loud, profane, and/or abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to ask any individual to leave the facility at any time. OTFF has a zero-tolerance policy for guests who fight and/or harass other guests or team members while on property. People who engage in this behavior are subject to being ejected, trespassed and maybe be subject to arrest by local police.  
• If you are removed from an attraction or asked to leave our facility due to a violation of our OTFF policies including our laser tag or climbing wall safety rules, no refunds or in-store credit will be given. 

Loitering, inappropriate behavior and vandalism are all grounds for ejection. 

 Food or drink from outside OTFF is prohibited with the following exceptions:

• Party Packages - Celebration Item (cupcakes, cake, etc) permitted. Additional food items beyond what OTFF provides the party can be brought to parties utilizing one of our private party rooms, not the Cafe or Arcade areas.. 
• Group Bookings - approved catering options can be arranged.
• Starbucks - we basically share a parking lot and will not deny you your cup ‘o joe you just purchased on your way through the parking lot. However, all other coffee shop items are discouraged (but we love all the local ones, too!!!).

Alcohol is only permitted on the premise within our fenced golf course or in the building itself. In order or consume alcohol at OTFF, you must be 21+ and provide ID from a state governmental agency containing your photograph, date of birth, height, gender, and color of eyes. All verified guests will be required to wear a designated 21+ wristband while in possession of an alcoholic beverage. OTFF is unable to accept forms of identification that are expired, cracked, damaged, or altered in any way. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the laser tag course or climbing wall area. There is a zero-tolerance for intoxicated wall climbers and anyone drinking alcohol will not be able to climb once served their beverage. Please drink responsibly. We reserve the right to restrict individuals under substance influence from using our attractions or from entry into the facility. We will not admit anyone who is clearly intoxicated into the facility or allow their use of our attractions. 

In order to maintain a family friendly environment, we ask that guests dress appropriately and adhere to the following guidelines: 

• Appropriate clothing is always required, which includes shoes, shirts, pants/shorts. Persons wearing torn, soiled, or offensive messages/pictures on clothing will be admitted at the discretion of management. 

Tokens purchased cannot be refunded for cash and have no cash value once purchased.  The amount of tokens per dollar is subject to change as well as periodic specials.
