Host your party at Old Town with on-site activities!
Our activity-based party packages include 1 hour of our hosted activity (mini golf, laser tag, or climbing wall) and 1 hour for personal activities at tables and chairs. One staff member will facilitate the activity, set up your tables & chairs area, and clean up after the party.
- Base Rate: Mini Golf - $200, Climbing Wall or Laser Tag: $250
- Additional Event Time: $50 per extra 30 minutes | $90 per extra hour
Notes
- Climbing Wall Capacity: 4 participants at a time (16-20 per hour)
- Laser Tag Capacity: 20 participants per hour
- Mini Golf Capacity: Unlimited
- Staffing: Assists with table & chairs setup, facilitating our activity, and final clean up after party has left. At this time we offer single OTFF activity parties. Multi-activity parties may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional charge.
- Setup Time: Included within the booked time - additional setup time can be arranged at $25/half hour.
- Bring in your own party customizations: catering, face painters, balloon artists, magicians, bounce houses, etc. We can help recommend local talent, if needed. Be sure to ask your hired talent what time they require for their services.

The First Floor – Versatile, Spacious, and Ready for Your Event
With over 2,500 sq ft of carpeted space, the first floor offers plenty of room for any event, from weddings to corporate meetings. It features a built-in reception counter, a catering kitchen with an adjoining tiled dining area (or dance floor), and easy access to a 1,600 sq ft patio along the riverfront for fresh air and extra space. Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a large celebration, the first floor is a flexible, welcoming venue to bring your event vision to life.
First-Floor Rental (Seats 200+ | Restrooms & Kitchen Access)
- Standard Rate, Non-Profit Rates, and Full Facility Rentals Available
- Hourly Rates or Full-Day Rates (2-hour minimum)
- Non-Profit Rate: $125 per hour (documentation required)
Upstairs Party Rooms – Cozy, Intimate Spaces for Your Event
Our upstairs party rooms offer a more private setting, perfect for smaller gatherings, meetings, or celebrations. The small room seats up to 24 people, while the large room accommodates up to 44. Both rooms are versatile and ideal for everything from team meetings to birthday parties, though please note there are no restrooms or elevators upstairs. With charming spaces and a relaxed atmosphere, these rooms are a great choice for more intimate occasions.

Activity Add-Ons

- Winter Rate (if shoveling required): $200 for mini golf
